Omega II count — two-level tags including the −1 nine
Omega II is an ace-neutral level-2 count distinguished by tagging the nine as −1 and the six as +2. Playing efficiency matches Hi-Opt II around .67; betting correlation without an ace side count is about .92. The −1 nine is the extra bit of information versus Hi-Opt II. Anvil Table applies those tags as you tap; it does not keep an ace side count.

Why you would pick Omega II over Hi-Lo
Far more PE, slightly less BC, two-level tags, aces silent in the main count.
You want the highest playing efficiency Anvil Table offers and you can track a −1 nine.
Weaknesses
Nines now require a decision every time they appear. Ace-neutral, so betting still wants a side count. Easy to confuse with Zen, which keeps the ace at −1 and the nine at 0.
